From a famous bloggers perspective spending her fitness holiday at Titan Fitness camp in Phuket

Last month we had the pleasure to have Hayley training at our fitness camp. Hayley Travels around the world and blogs about her experience. She signed up for our Rip360 program and was planning to stay for three weeks. After spending two weeks at Titan Fitness Thailand Hayley decided to extend her stay for two more weeks. During her five weeks Fitness holiday in Phuket she trained hard, ate healthy food and achieved great results.

Welcome to Titan Fitness

Welcome to Titan Fitness Outdoor Camp with sprint track, assault course and strongman area. We have classes on everyday. Cross Training, Strength and Conditioning, Body 360 and also we have Open Mats sessions when you can come down and use the area for your own training! The camp has all the correct equipment at your disposal such as Olympic Weightlifting Bars, 2 tons of bumper plates, kettle bells, medicine balls, mobility bands,
rubber mats designed for dropping weights and CrossFit / Fitness Rig located on the mats.
