Our menu has been set up with basic and nutritious meals that will give you the energy and keep you full for a longer time. In the menu we decided to make easy guidelines for you so we already have been counting out the calories, carbs, fats and proteins that your meal contains. So it´s easy for you to keep track of your daily intake.

Did you know that Titan have the biggest Assault course in Phuket?

Challenge yourself on our Assault Course based on the popular US Military Obstacle Courses which is used to train the Elite Military personnel such as Navy Seals. The course has been designed for Beginners to Advanced participants so anyone of any age, weight or gender can take part.

This type of exercise is all about natural movement and physically training your body as it has been designed to. Jumping, Swinging, Balancing, Running, Crawling, Climbing and Hanging are all activities our natural bodies have been doing for thousands of years. Natural movement fitness focuses on training your whole body and not isolating muscles like you would typically do in the Gym. This class you don’t need any equipment. This training is a combination of interval fat burning body weighted cardio exercises and muscle building strength moves. For working your whole body!

Cross Training and Olympic Weightlifting at Titan Fitness

Cross Training and Olympic weightlifting has become extremely popular in recent years.

The cross training class is designed to increase every factor of a participant’s fitness, strength, speed, power, flexibility, agility and cardiovascular. In this class coaches will be using a high level of intensity and pace to reach these goals. Variety will be a high factor in how classes will be programmed.

In this class we will always be performing different exercises in order to constantly challenge the body’s system.
Participants should expect to push themselves and be rewarded by these taxing challenges.

The sport of Olympic Weight Lifting involves participants completing two lifts; the snatch and the clean and jerk.
In this class you will learn how to perform these two lifts.

Coaches will put a heavy emphasis on obtaining proper form and execution of these lifts before you start to really increase the weight used in these exercises.

Body360 is an all over cardio body workout.

Sessions will never be the same from day to day so you hit every muscle group and maximise weight loss and fitness. This class can be used by a complete beginner to advanced athletes. Every exercise is explained beforehand and carefully monitored during the workout to make sure good form is maintained.

This class was designed to maximise cardio and minimal weight training. Exercises such as sprints, kettle bell swings, resistance training, battle ropes and slam balls are just some of the activities offered in the BODY360 class.
