BODY 360

Body360 is an all over cardio body workout.

Sessions will never be the same from day to day so you hit every muscle group and maximise weight loss and fitness. This class can be used by a complete beginner to advanced athletes. Every exercise is explained beforehand and carefully monitored during the workout to make sure good form is maintained.

This class was designed to maximise cardio and minimal weight training. Exercises such as sprints, kettle bell swings, resistance training, battle ropes and slam balls are just some of the activities offered in the BODY360 class.
