Cross Training and Olympic Weightlifting at Titan Fitness

Cross Training and Olympic weightlifting has become extremely popular in recent years.

The cross training class is designed to increase every factor of a participant’s fitness, strength, speed, power, flexibility, agility and cardiovascular. In this class coaches will be using a high level of intensity and pace to reach these goals. Variety will be a high factor in how classes will be programmed.

In this class we will always be performing different exercises in order to constantly challenge the body’s system.
Participants should expect to push themselves and be rewarded by these taxing challenges.

The sport of Olympic Weight Lifting involves participants completing two lifts; the snatch and the clean and jerk.
In this class you will learn how to perform these two lifts.

Coaches will put a heavy emphasis on obtaining proper form and execution of these lifts before you start to really increase the weight used in these exercises.
