YOGA FOR ATHLETES

Next week we start with Yoga Classes in the morning 07:45 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays! This class is different from the evening classes which is Swami Sivananda Yoga, the morning classes are Yoga for athletes. This will improve balance, flexibility, power and stamina. Which can result in improved performance, injury reduction and faster recovery.
